We want you to love your pottery!
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds.
Final sale items include:
Sale pieces
Custom or custom-glazed work (including lighting)
Seconds
To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Return Process:
Email us at peachesthestudio@gmail.com to request a return.
Ship the item back using your own label
Return must arrive at our studio within 30 days of receipt.
We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, so please pack with care <3
Cancellations
Since our work is made to order and will enter into production quickly after order receipt, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase – please email peachesthestudio@gmail.com if you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping Policy
All of our ceramics are handmade with care—please allow up to 14 days for production and processing before your order ships.
We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received a tracking update or production notice within 14 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at peachesthestudio@gmail.com for a status update.
International Orders
We’re happy to ship internationally! Please email peachesthestudio@gmail.com for a shipping quote and details before placing your order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives broken, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at peachesthestudio@gmail.com with:
